Dangerously clear the whole wallet database.

Request:

This operation takes no arguments (an empty object).

Response:

On success, the result is an empty object.

Side effects:

Irreversibly deletes the entire wallet database.

Details:

In addition to the database contents, all in-memory caches and the recorded flight records are cleared, and the background task scheduler is reloaded.
