Claim an order again for this wallet after it was released for handoff with unclaimPayment. Claiming again with the same nonce is idempotent.

Request:

The args must be a ReclaimPaymentRequest object.

Response:

On success, the result is an empty object.

Side effects:

Reclaims a payment previously handed off to another wallet; changes the transaction state.

Expected errors:

The caller can handle the following errors inline: WALLET_TRANSACTION_NOT_FOUND, WALLET_REQUEST_TRANSACTION_STATE_UNSUPPORTED.
